Onyx is a rendition of an all-in-one app for staffing agencies, based on real and live designs but reimagined in Figma using the Medusa UI design system.
The Worker Profile shows recruiters a detailed overview a worker’s experience, particularly that of jobs taken on through the app. It includes previous roles, skills, pay rates, and feedback from employers. The profile is a core tool within a staffing app that consolidates data on a worker in the database of an agency and allows for recruiters and managers to fill jobs with the right people.
Recruiters in a pinch find relief knowing someone is ready to work right away.
The Available Immediately indicator stationed top of page is given the same level of importance as a worker’s name.
Reach your people ASAP.
In-app messaging allows recruiters to connect with their people directly. If you already know they are right for the job, invite them right away. The chat allows for in-app chat that workers can reach via the mobile companion app for the agency platform, or messages can be sent via SMS if the setting is enabled.
Quality workers.
Prompts after every shift allow managers to give feedback on their staff on various criteria. These are compiled into a single percentage for a quick glance.
Filling jobs.
Recruiters can easily check out what positions need filling across companies at their agency. Open positions are listed and sortable, and no-shows (shifts that were dropped last minute or not attended to by the worker assigned to them) are listed in a separate tab for agencies to make any immediate staffing adjustments.
For any open position, a recruiter at an agency can invite workers with the click of a button, opening up a modal with a search for them to find exactly who they are looking for.
